Where to get php_perl.dll when pecl4win is not working?

I need to call the Perl script from a PHP file, and I figured out that I needed the Perl class, and that this is the php_perl.dll extension. I also downloaded the php_perl package from PECL, but as you know, this is just the source and needs to be compiled. I do not work in C, so compiling it is not really an option - I tried loading Visual Studio Express, but I still can not do it.

So I really need php_perl.dll, but http://pecl4win.php.net/ext.php/php_perl.dll just tells me that "The pecl4win build block is temporarily down." Preparing a new build system. "Of course, there must be a LOOK that I can get the DLL, but I can’t find it. Every link I find can be someone else looking for it, or a site looking like warez, who wants you to give them your credit card information.

Thanks...

Internet Archive Wayback Machine search results look promising, perhaps one of the links will lead you to a file (although they often accept such binary files from an archive).

EDIT: I was able to get the DLL for the old php-5.0.5 (5_0) in this way and loaded it here (deleted). Or try the direct link .

Searching for a new branch php-5.1.6 (5_1) has not yet yielded any results, I checked the last 4 dates.

EDIT2: Still working link found for php-5.1.2 branch.
