Win32 Default Editing Height

Question

I use CreateWindowEx to create an Edit control (text field), but CW_DEFAULT does not help to get the default height of the text field - it just creates a window with a height of zero.

How to get the default size for the default text box, so I can turn the Edit control into a normal text box?

You can use MapDialogRect to convert dialog boxes to pixels.
