WCF Message Security with Compression

What is the best practice for compressing WCF service communication with message protection that is not hosted on IIS and uses HTTP as the transfer protocol?

In my search, I found channel-level implementations that apply compression after the message has been protected (therefore, compression is suboptimal).

Can you point me in the right direction? Or even better: did you know that the implementation of WCF compression (work with message protection) is applied before the start of the security protocol?

You can use Microsoft Sample Compression (Microsoft WCF Samples \ WCF \ Extensibility \ MessageEncoder \ Compression), and you can use Message Security as a TripleDesSha256 algorithm, like this config.
