Android playing video with a view of the camera in the background

Hi. I have a view of the surface and view in the frame. if I run the video in oncreate, I can see perfectly, playing the video while the camera is playing in the background. but if I start the video after oncreate, for example, in onpreviewframe, I can only hear the video, but it looks like a camera, and all I see is the view of the camera.

any help?
