I have a C file that I am editing using Notepad ++, and there is a section of about 30 consecutive lines where I want to replace one word with another word. Is there any way to do a search / replace with Notepad ++ in this section only?
In the Notepad ++ Search / Replace dialog box, next to the Replace All button, there is a checkbox of "In selection". Use this and you should be good to go.
