Android - a ListView that looks like "settings",

I would like to create a list that looks like “Settings” on Android (i.e. if I click “Sound and display”, it will show elements such as “silent mode, ringer volume, etc.”). It looks like a PreferenceScreen, but this time it has not configured anything.

A clearer example: What I wanted was when a category of items — say, a hospital — was selected — it brings up another list that contains a list of hospitals throughout the region. When one of the items in the list is selected, it will fulfill the call intent and dial the number. And if I wanted to return to the list, I just click the "Back" button, and then I look at other categories.
