Android iPhone Blackberry Call Forwarding

I am developing a feasibility study for a mobile application ( iPhone , Android and Blackberry ). In short, there is a list of phone numbers, and if an incoming call (caller ID) is in this list, move it to a specific (fixed) number (basic call forwarding). Has anyone done something like this? Thank you in advance.

While BlackBerry provides an interface for monitoring calls (incoming / outgoing / historical) and provides fair information about them, BB does not display an interface that allows you to redirect a call. I believe this is because the transfer is done before the call actually reaches the BB device; so this is not a device that does forward, but / pbx media.

I think the answer will be similar to other platforms, but I have no experience with them.
