Free Icons for Mobile Applications

Is there a specialized website on the Internet that allows you to download free icons for mobile applications? I am looking for the flags of the world, up, down, save, return, then, play, stop, etc.

I am looking for these icon sets in different colors and in 2 or 3 sizes: 32x32, 64x64.

Edit:
Answers are still good sites, but to accept the answer I need a small set with about 50 - 70 common icons of different colors and in 2 or 3 different sizes for devices with low, medium and high resolution.

Usually I use Iconfinder . There are many icons.

Iconfinder has an icon set page where you can filter icons by size and license.

I like the Tango Desktop Project . They are used a lot in Gnome / Linux applications.

SVG badges are good for any resolution. You can find them in the Open clip library .
