@Nguyen, If you want to use an HP laptop to develop for the iPhone, then this is possible. I have seen people do it. But it will return your fire and cost you more, the coz macs GUI is very difficult for non-mac devices, and this makes them constantly crash. My friend installed mac on VMware and it caused him about $ 159 to restore his computer (he worked on Final Cut Pro). therefore, if you just want to learn the objective language c, then this is normal, but it will not be useful for the actual development and deployment of software. And plus Xcode is very heavy software (3GB approx), its the worlds best editor , but you will run into a lot of problems if you are not using a mac and probably do not want to work on it again. Therefore, take my advice if you just want to know the purpose of c, you can probably do this using some unix compiler to compile the code and s.
