Yahoo weather in different languages

I am trying to get yahoo weather information in different languages

http://developer.yahoo.com/weather/

but I can only get English results (also just distant degregs, not virgin lands) do you know how to configure this web service to get different results? or perhaps another multilingual service?

I'm not sure if there is a multilingual service, however, to display Celsius you can add "& u = c" to your URL, for example: http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?w=2442047&u=c
