AppStore language description and localization localization area

an iPhone application localized in three languages (English, Italian, and Spanish) was presented on the AppStore with a description and screenshots in three languages. As a result, the AppStore USA has a description in English, the AppStore Spain has a Spanish description, and the AppStore Italy has an Italian description, but in all other AppStore the language description is Italian.

I think the problem is that Italy is installed in the info.plist file in the "Localization development area" field, isn’t it? But I can’t explain another thing: if the “local region of localization development” changes from Italy to the UK or the USA, the language description should change to English, but in these countries, for example, in the South American states, it should still be wrong, which may read the spanish description. Is it possible to change this behavior by associating the appstore with a more appropriate language.

EDIT

Searching the Internet, I realized that the record "info.plist" of the local area of localization is not related to the description language of the AppStore. It should set the application language when there is no localization available. I think I need to change something in the itunes connection in order to properly control the languages of the AppStore description, i.e. By setting the description in English for almost all available languages.

According to Apple's reference to CFBundleDevelopmentRegion , this key is used as a "backup" when a localized resource is not found. This means that it will load Spanish when the device is set to Spanish (Spain, Chile, Argentina, etc.). I believe that the same thing happens in the Apple Store, since "Spanish" refers to the locale, not the location.
