Javan Whenever Gem sends me an exit as local mail

Question

Javan Whenever the gem for Ruby on Rails is fantastic, however, I have one problem with it, namely that it sends any output that I registered to / var / mail / user that I don't want to receive . Does anyone know how to disable this?

Whenever it is also allowed to send standard output and errors in different ways, for example, to / dev / null if you do not want to send mail or keep a log. See https://github.com/javan/whenever/wiki/Output-redirection-aka-logging-your-cron-jobs for details
