Service for storing confidential PCI data

Question

I am creating a web application that processes sensitive PCI data (bank numbers, CC, SSN, etc.). Does anyone know of the best services for processing this data. I looked at Rackspace and their PCI solution seems a little redundant for what I need, since I basically only need a database, and really there are only a few pages that need to be compatible and will not receive a relatively large amount of traffic.

Note. Many web pages do not require this data and get a higher loading volume, and I plan to place these pages in the cloud.
