Trim the final whitespace tool?

Does anyone know of an exe / tool command line that will reliably trim spaces from the end of lines for C #?

Do I need to be a command line? Visual Studio will be when you execute the Format Document ( Ctrl+E+D or Ctrl+K+D depending on the keyboard layout).
