What is the MySQL Query Hitrate% value cache?

Using MySQL Workbench I am considering the admin view for the two servers that I started.

Both servers have similar bandwidth.

On one server there is only one site on which it has a cache request rate of 15%

Another server has more than 100 sites and 88 databases and has a cache request rating of 70%

I am aware of the best ways to optimize and increase the performance of these MySQL servers, and I can not find anything about what these values mean, what is good or bad, and how to improve them.

(I searched a lot, but I think I was not looking for the right conditions)

From here :

The hit rate indicates the relationship of requests that have been cached and requests that have not been cached.

A high percentage is certainly an indicator for optimized settings, but there are other factors to consider.
