Management template for border

I would like to get a border of a certain shape, and for this, I think I need to work with a border container template, but I could not get a template. I tried to get the template from Expression Blend, trying to change the style of the frame, but could not get it. Can someone help me on how I can get this template?

Border does not have a control template or style, since it is a decorator - it is displayed in the OnRender method.

If you need something different, you will need to write your own decorator (inherit from the Decorator class). It is not very difficult. See an example here: http://blog.pixelingene.com/2007/06/balloondecorator-source-code/
