ASP.NET MVC 2: "Failed to load file or assembly"

Suddenly I get this error:

Failed to load file or assembly "WnvHtmlConvertDemo" or one of its dependencies. The located assembly manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

But since then I have removed all traces of using this DLL and any links ... but I still get this error!

Is there any mysterious place that the project is looking for in this file?

TFS does not reflect change. I had to remove the local version of the project and get the project from TFS again. Stupid.

Use the Clean Solution in VS2010. And then rebuild your project.
