Open Source DXF Parser in C ++

Question

I am looking for an open source DXF analyzer that I can use in Visual C ++.

Does anyone help?

QCAD seems to use dxflib:

I'm not sure what the trade-offs are against converting to DWF and using the AutoDesk library.

The only serious thing I know is the Open Design Alliance

Its not free at all, and its approach in C ++ doesn't really satisfy, but it also includes rendering tools for all plattforms.

EDIT: If you need a toolkit that will only display dxf / dwg files, I highly recommend CAdImage.Dll from CadSoftTools (Russia). Its windows are only written in Delphi. Its the fastest and least hungry tool I know. CAD Soft Tools also provides very satisfactory support.

There is nothing available to parse DWG for free, but you should try using libdxf in the open source library to parse dxf files bitbucket.org/Coin3D/dime, coin3d is probably used for freecad or Ivan CAD Library ivancad. com, or DWGdirect , or just simply download the free dxf files at dxf1.com :)
