Simple UML Tools

I'm looking for a simple UML tool that will allow me to make, for example, a sequence diagram faster and better than Word from scratch (without spending a lot of time studying the tool, but with the help of the tool more supports me than limits me)

The primary choice is Visio.

I used the many options available in the market for drawing. If asked in person, Visio is one of the best charting software I have ever used. I have been using it to draw ER and UML diagrams in the last 8 months.

Try to use the online version, someday, it Lite and saved my brain from bloating many times when I was absent without tools, if you need just one, I suggest this, but search for many available online tools

LucidChart WebBased is also very fun (a free account with some restrictions)

* And * How sometimes people need UML to control thoughts and ideas of the mind, if U Do, since I see a U-point in Visio and Word, try to find some control of thinking (just a thought)

MindApp is the fastest and easiest, I really like

"Simple UML" is a compression in terms :). But I like Enterprise Architect . It is not free, but it is also not a hodgillion. You can also see the list here .

VS 2010 Ultimate supports charts. You can even generate sequence diagrams. Here is a blog post about this (no affiliation).
