I downloaded all the OpenNETCF DLLs. It's free? Or will he stop working after a year?

If you mean Smart Device Framework , then yes, binaries are free to use and distribute. There are no restrictions on the functions or time on them for any publication, including the free edition of Community.

If you mean any of our other products or libraries (we have a lot of them), then you need to be more specific.

If you are talking about the CodePlex project, it is open source. I did not watch the license, but it does not magically stop working.
