Allow PDF Signing with iText

I am trying to enable pdf subscription using iText and Java. I'm not interested in signing it, just by turning on the “Signature” flag, as shown in the image below. In addition, I do not need the signature to be displayed visually anywhere in the document.

This can only be done using Adobe tools. It is not possible to change a setting without signing it in iText.
