Summary of ASP.NET MVC 3 Changes

Question

I know that Microsoft MVC 3 already has the MVC 3 Release Notes page that explains the new features of MVC 3. However, this list is very long, and I'm sure someone can generalize the new features (not a complete explanation of the new opportunities) in a concise manner. This will help not only me, but also others (such MVC 2 users) who want to get into MVC 3 without losing a lot of time.

So can anyone raise a summary of the changes to ASP.NET MVC 3?
