Python web infrastructure - except for Django

Are there any other good Python web frames? I am looking to try something new, I have already used Django, web.py and pylons. Also, which framework is AJAX-oriented or has the best AJAX support?

I am looking for something more flexible, lightweight.

There is a Pajamas framework that matches the lines of the Google Web Toolkit that was used to create Gmail. It seems to fit the bill for your AJAX requirements.

more than structure, ToscaWidgets2 http://toscawidgets.org/documentation/tw2.core/

TW2 is the widget structure for any wsgi-compatible python web infrastructure originally born for TurboGears, I use TW2 with Pylons and I assume that it can be used without problems with the new Pyramid Web Framework (I never try to use with Django)

Now, if besides Ajax you like to browse other Python web frames, my recommendation might be:

1) The pyramid, an evolution from repoze.bfg and Pylons, brings together great tools and developers. 2) Bootle, Flask are excellent microframes for fast and dirty applications. 3) Tipfy, a web framework for the Google App Engine, best for me for this (after Django)

You can check web2py . It is very easy to learn and use, and excellent Ajax support (see also web2py components ).
