Since the constants of Delphi 2006 are considered as unsigned numbers. You must replace $ EE0E612C with longint ($ EE0E612C), etc.

Constants with the most significant bits set to 1 are not accepted as longint values ​​because they are signed.

LongWord has no mark. And there were no such problems.

You can still use LongInt, but you need to convert the constants to the range 0..7FFFFFFF and add a minus if they are negative.

And yes, Delphi XE (and 2010) are much more picky about the details, which is not so bad.
