Manage an Eclipse View That Was Not Available

When I work at home, I usually connect the monitor to my laptop, start Eclipse, turn off its console view and place it on this monitor. Of course, the likelihood that I will forget to reconnect this look to the Eclipse window when I turn off the laptop is ~ 120%.

When I restart the laptop (without this additional display), the eclipse begins and the console view is out of reach.

Is there a way to achieve this look and turn it back on on the laptop display (other than reconnecting the external monitor)?

If this is the only change you made for perspective, you can go

Window -> Reset Perspective

If you set your perspective, it will lose these changes.

I would just keep the perspectives that you use

 Window -> Save Perspective As... -> "JavaEE CustomDualMon"

and

 Window -> Save Perspective As... -> "JavaEE CustomSingleMon"

I have not tried what it will do when it is not visible, but it can help: press Alt + Shift + Q and C right after (this shortcut opens the console view)
