WP7 - Dynamically change the start page depending on the setting

Question

Can I change the start page based on the settings in the Windows Phone 7 application?

For example, an application with 2 pages. Say movies and news. I would like the user to be able to choose which of the two pages they want to show first when the application starts.

Now I am trying to solve the problem by going to the correct page at startup, but this causes very bad button-button behavior.

Any thoughts?
