What is the third-party Oracle Database JDBC driver?

What is the most popular / preferred external JDBC driver for Oracle Database? (This is reported on networks that the Oracle driver is faulty and lame.)

UPDATE: CORRECTION: The Oracle JDBC driver works fine for CLOB columns. The problems I ran into were long columns. I changed them to CLOB, and now the Oracle driver works fine.

Oracle CLOB support is fine. LONG support is problematic. Updating columns in the CLOB fixed the problem. There is a lot of information on the net about poor CLOB support in the Oracle JDBC driver. This information is outdated.
