Google Apps - sending email with an alias

Question

I have an email account in google apps [e-mail] and it has the alias " [e-mail] ".

Can I send an email with ' [e-mail] '?

Sure! Google Apps supports sending from any of your email addresses, including aliases.

• Sign in to your Google Apps email address.
• Click "Settings" at the top of any and select the Accounts tab.
• In the "Send mail as" section, click "Add another email address."
• In the Email address field, enter your nickname.
• Click "Next" →, and then click "Send confirmation." Gmail will send a confirmation message to your other email address to confirm that you own it.
