Add folder to my .app on Mac OS X

Question

I have a Java application and you want to create a .app for it using the jar bundler on Mac, but my problem is that I have some of my resources in a folder, and the jar picker allows me to add files or resources, and no folders. Therefore, if anyone has any solutions, please share it here. Otherwise, I would have to save all my resources in one folder and change the code accordingly.

I got a solution to my problem using this link http://www.centerkey.com/mac/java/ By combining the jar files with the jar bundler, I had to change the assignment of other resource files to the current folder with my .app file
