Will <frameset> work with HTML5?

Question

For me, these web applications are created in the old-style HTML style, including [framesets], in order to speed up the work of the admin GUI.

It is not available for SEO, etc., so this is not a problem here, it was all based on speed and minimizing the reboot at that time.

Now we would like to convert these applications and have started exploring HTML5 for this purpose.

Due to the fact that AJAX and db-storage, etc. speed up the interface with new standards, but our question really:

Will IFRAMES and FRAMESETS be removed from the HTML5 standard or will be "allowed" but "less appriciated"?

The frameset and frame elements are deprecated in HTML5.
