Why are partial delegates not allowed in C #?

Last interview question

If C # allows us to create partial delegates, what consequences will you encounter?

Help me understand the reason.

Thanks in advance.

You should ask for clarification on this. Because C # supports creating a delegate prior to the partial method, while the partial method is implemented. If this is what the question implies, then I think the “consequences you will encounter” is that the partial method must be implemented and not only defined.

The wording “create a partial delegate” does not make any sense, since we do not have a definition of what can be a partial delegate.

It makes no sense to me. When you define a delegate, you need his signature, there is no point in a "partial" signature, he really says nothing
