What does this exception mean, and what can I do to fix it?

From MSDN:

An exception that is thrown by methods called by reflection. This class cannot be inherited.

Try looking at what InnerException says , or take a look at StackTrace to see what happens.

EDIT: Looking at your StackTrace, it seems that there is a problem creating an element in your XAML. Check out InnerException, as said earlier, for more information.
