Which open source license does not have a fork

I remember reading about an open source license that did not give permission to fork.

I don’t remember his name and thought it was easier to ask here than to go through the entire list of approved OSI licenses . Does anyone know what license I can speak?

The first thing that comes to my mind is CC-ND: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/2.0/

I suspect you're embarking on a doomed quest here, given that clause 3 of the OSI definition for an open source license seems to explicitly prohibit an offer that will prevent forking.

Probably the only thing you can do is just use some tricks, for example, manipulate your trademark policy and code well enough to effectively prevent plug development.

And as already mentioned, doing this in the license will technically make it more free.

By definition, Open Source allows fork: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_source_definition

A license that does not allow forking is not an open source license
