Using Android Camera

I am developing a one that uploads a picture taken from an Android phone in Picassa. When you looked at several sites, I found that there are two ways to do this. 1) Using SurfaceView and camera callbacks 2) startActivityforResult (CAMERA)

Which method to use?

Calling the camera will save you a lot of work, but if you need something ordinary, you can realize the appearance of the surface. Heres a good topic on camera callback

Camera callbacks are better since you will have full control over image data. You can check the image quality and then request a refund if required. You should probably also upload to picasa in the Async task.
