Can I use Windows Update to update a program?

As we know, we can set the address so that Windows downloads its updates from a specific address.

I want to make update files and put them on this specific address on the server, and computers on the network download updates from this address and install updates.

The question is:

No, you can’t. Windows Update and Microsoft Update are Microsoft-only mechanisms. It would be wise if they (and customers) opened them to other suppliers, but no one announced anything in this direction.
