Microsoft Alternative for ORACLE APEX?

Oracle APEX is a rapid web application development tool for the Oracle database. Is there a similar / equivalent product for MS SQL Server ? Mybe Lightswitch in the medium term (combined with Reporting Services )?

I think LightSwitch will simplify the creation of business applications, no other alternative comes to mind

there is http://www.flexisle.com/ , but it uses flex as a front-end

From what I know, there is no true equivalent. In many cases, you can use SQL Server Reporting Services for some simpler things.
