WPF Radio button does not appear on toolbar

Is there a way to make the switch or checkbox appear correctly in the toolbar? The circle / check flag always disappears after it is placed inside the toolbar.

By default, WPF overrides RadioButtons to look like toggle buttons. To fix this, place the panel inside the ToolBar and then place the RadioButton there.
