How do I embed / enable UML Enterprise Architect diagrams in MS PowerPoint 2007?

I use Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect Professional version 7.5 and MS PowerPoint.

Problem

I have different audiences for presentations that require display in MS PowerPoint - from managers to developers whose depth of technical knowledge and knowledge requirements are different.

Question

I tried various settings for fonts, colors, etc., but displayed a diagram with any level of detail (even simple class diagrams). These charts are very difficult to fit into a PowerPoint slide and display them well when using a projector or Live Meeting.

Am I on the wrong track here, or is there a better / right way to do this?

I would suggest excluding everything that is not needed for this slide from the chart before exporting. The problem with the slides is that you cannot work with enough space, attention, and time is often limited. The best way to get around this is to stay focused as much as he gets. Another way you could try is to split the chart and display a small rectangle at the time, however, this can be confusing, especially if the chart is not well aligned. The third option that comes to mind is a tool with scaling - this may include quick jumps, but it will be distracted when you move around the diagram.

You can also organize slide shows inside the tool (which should ease some of the .jpeg / .gif / .png resolution problems that usually occur when copying and pasting charts directly in PowerPoint.
