How to check the whole site?

I understand there the W3C validator, which is great for a single page. A perl installation is also installed there, but it does not seem to work on a Mac or work.

Given that

1) I have a whole set of local files

Like me

a) Confirm the whole set

b) do it behind the firewall

c) do it simply without installing anything on my computer? (i.e. is there a web service?)

Or is it just useless?

There are several sites that can perform batch validation, such as the WDG HTML Validator , so that you can check multiple pages at once, but I believe that this is only for html. I do not know if there are similar validators for other languages. I will continue to watch what else I can find

I also found a link to using the w3c validator to check the batch. Here

EDIT *

You can also use something like Dreamweaver in xhtml format, but I find this doesn't work very well.

I have not used it before, but W3CLove looks really useful for this problem. The plans are reasonably priced and have a money back guarantee.

Yes, having the same problem, I think it’s best to do it manually. I have a system that requires a login before you can see the pages. and validate.w3c.org/check seems to break, so the best way to do this. Install the validator locally. And in a different way, it makes sense. BTW. You will have to check the pages separately, as there may be a number of errors.

You can MoutValid, this is an online tool to get a full report on the compliance standards of your site. Just provide a URL, for example, your page with the site. You can look at ti at: https://www.macmout.com/moutvalid/

Try using this w3c html validator here

http://www.bulkseotools.com/bulk-w3c-validator.php

You can enter up to 500 URLs, the tool will check them all and return the number of errors, warnings. If an error is detected, click on the link to view it to view information about the error. This tool is accurate, it uses the W3c validation mechanism. The site also has a tool for checking css validation. Very helpful.
