Where can I find DeskUtil documentation / help?

Where can I find DeskUtil documentation / help? I am trying to create a Delphi add-in, and I have some problems saving / registering / loading the add-in dock to the IDE desktop. I use DeskUtil methods after reading some examples here and there, but the examples do not deepen the work of these methods and the IDE loading / destroying mechanism. Is there official documentation / help with DeskUtil or OpenTools Api? In other words, how and where does a developer like me gain deep knowledge (and not articles or demos) about the IDE and OpenTools Api?
