I would like to know which certificates are available for programming, for example

  • Zend for PHP
  • SUN certification for java

What others? Javascript C ++? Python etc...

Most valuable to the developer: the ability to show that you can convert requirements into working and supported software.

Certificates usually cost very little, with the exception of a few niches that require them (or at least ask until they give up and get someone who puts practice in front of pieces of paper).

For ASP.NET, the most valuable certificates are MCP certificates. Some of them are good for C ++. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Certified_Professional
