How to register namespace in app.config

How can I register a namespace in app.config so that it becomes available worldwide.

No, you can’t.

The application configuration file has no role at compile time. And that’s exactly when namespaces are allowed.

I am afraid that it is not possible to make a specific namespace accessible “globally”, i.e. without mentioning it in every file.
