How to identify old pages in MediaWiki

Is there a way to list pages that have not been updated for a long time in MediaWiki? Are there any extensions or other features for this?

Ideally, I would like to be able, for example, to list all pages that have not been updated for 12 months (i.e. based on the last edit). Then, by default, they are considered old (maybe even add a tag - {{Old}} template - at the top of the page to mark it).

Yes, more or less; go to the "special pages" (menu on the left) and you will find a list of the oldest pages.
