About working for a company using Team Foundation Server?

As a developer, I am a Subversion user at the moment, and I am changing my work and going to work in a company using Team Foundation Server. I would like to learn the basic and more as a user of Team Foundation Server

What do I need to do to replicate the environment and do some work?

Any tips?

What should I read?

Can I simulate the environment?
