How good is Adobe Spry compared to jQuery and what are the prospects

It seems that jQuery, its plugins and user interface are the most popular among JS platforms. I love and use the Adobe technology stack every day, I wonder if Adobe Spry will be a good complement to the skillset. Is this enough compared to jQuery? Spry's development is not moving forward quickly, and there is no information about it, does it have a future?

Absolutely not. Native structures such as Spry cannot surpass the simplicity, openness, and overall intelligence of compatible libraries like jQuery. Many developers who were once Flash heavy (including myself) create all the applications in jQuery every day. It is incredibly fast, brilliantly written, and uses more "magical" language features in Javascript (currying, closures, etc.).

Try it, you will like it;)
