Is the EF4 "Code Only" Ready To Use?

I'm reviewing the new features of Entity Framework 4 Code Only, and I really like them. But it's hard for me to find a good resource for this feature. Everything seems to be spreading around the blondes here and there, so I wonder if he is ready for a serious project?

What do you think? Is it ready for use in production or should I use a more traditional approach (designer EDMX, POCO objects)?

Also, I would like to know if there are any features that Code Only does not yet support, compared to the EDMX designer?

What do you think of Code Only? Is he still “mature”?

It depends on when your project should be ready. Code First (code only) is only available in CTP3 without a go-live license. As I read, there is no exact time frame for Feature Pack. Where is EntityConfiguration in RTF RTF? >, And it will be published when it is ready (no release date). According to the EF team blog, it will be available in the next release release.

The First code is still in an active state of development and breaking changes so that there is no Go-Live license at this time.

If someone is still looking for an answer to this question, Entity Framework V4.1, which has the "First Code" function, was RTW (released on the Internet) for use in production in a month and a half.

Installing it requires RTM RT RT. After installation, you can download the standalone installer for EF4.1 from here .
