Analysis of the whole project with semantic

I am looking for a way to parse an entire source directory with semantics. Can I do without explicitly opening every file in emacs?

Yes,

CEDET has an EDE project in which you can specify a list of files in the project file. Semantic then analyzes all the files listed in the .ede project and stores them in a database.

At this point, completion and intellisense are working on all of these files.

I am using projman in EDE mode. It helps in creating projects and provides convenient functions for finding all source files and creating a global TAGS file. I have tried CEDET for the past two years and have always been disappointed until I discovered projman.
