Final List of Service Providers in Visual Studio 2010?

Question

VS2010 has simplified recording extensions by exporting and importing MEFs. However, if you want to do something useful, you need to know which service providers you need to implement the super awesoem extension.

Unfortunately, this information is often distributed everywhere, not well documented, or both.

I would really like to see a complete list of all the service providers that you can import into the VS extension, and what these providers ... um provide. Has anyone seen something like this?
