Visual Studio (2010): is there a hotkey for switching all open tool windows?

Is there a way to hide / show all open tool windows in Visual Studio 2010? I know that I can use Shift + Alt + F10 to go into full screen mode, but that doesn't help me much.

What interests me primarily is because I copy data from PDF tables to an XML document using Windows 7 Win + ← / β†’ side by side windows (that's why full screen mode didn't cut it). I understand that I could hide all the windows by the time I get a response, but it would be useful to know.

I am also open to a plugin / macro option that will also switch them.

For some reason I cannot comment, but just do what I do and use auto-hide. He works 90% of the time, for the remaining 10% he has a good tendency not to disappear. Is this what you were looking for?
