How to use Pisa in Google App Engine to create PDF from HTML / CSS

I am developing a simple GAE application that scans some data from this site and provides its formatting in html / css.
Now I would like to offer the function "Export to PDF", which converts formatted html / css to PDF.

I imported the Reportlab Toolkit and it works well, but this is not what I need, because it forces me to create the PDF manually, for example:

pcanvas.drawString(10, 10, 'This is the title Blah blah blah')

I really need a library like PISA , which converts Html / Css to PDF.

Has anyone managed to successfully implement and use PISA in the Google App Engine?
